Your medications are NEVER sent off-site to be prepared. They are prepared in store by the staff you trust, see and know and are checked by the pharmacist for interactions and appropriateness. Depending on your prescription, you may receive a follow-up call from the pharmacist to ensure your medication is working and to help manage any possible side effects that may occur.
